VOIS in 2022 MEDICA

APrevent Vocal Implant System (VOIS) is the world's only postoperative adjustable laryngeal implant for the treatment of glottic insufficiency with vocal cord paralysis. Patient recovered his voice and swallowed without choking and coughing after the operation. If vocal cords still need to be adjusted in the future, doctor only needs to inject the silicon capsule into the implant at the clinic, and no further surgery is required. After obtaining the CE certificate, it is currently used in European countries such as Austria/Germany/Finland/UK, and it is expected to obtain Taiwan FDA certification in mid-2023.
